She was selected Emerging Choreographer by the Bates Dance Festival in 2000, received 2 Metro DC Dance Awards for NO BOUNDARIES and a 2007 Millennium Stage Local Dance Commissioning Project from the John F. Yesenia Garcia was born and raised in McAllen, Texas. She has appeared in recent episodes of "Friday Night Lights" and "Prison Break" and is working on her solo show, "Chevo" before she begins shooting her first martial arts film in 2008. A recent graduate of the MFA Acting Program at University of Texas--Austin, Yesenia had the opportunity to perform and teach internationally as a participant in the 2005 Promising Performing Artists of the 21st Century Program in San Jose, Costa Rica while pursuing her MFA. She was also a scholarship recipient of the National Hispanic Foundation for the Arts (NHFA) three years in a row.

For over 12 years, Arianna Ross has performed and taught in the US, India, Vietnam, Brazil and Canada on stage, television, and radio, in colleges, concert halls, schools, community centers, and hospitals. She has taught for critically acclaimed organizations such as the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, the Smithsonian, and Towson University. Recently, she was one of the featured performers at The Just Stories Festival in Chicago, IL, the International Children's Festival in Fairfax, VA, and at the Vancouver, BC International Storytelling Festival..
